The streaming audio soundbytes available on our web site are currently accessible to you if you are using the free Real Audio player which supports streaming audio via http.

As far as we know, only the Real Audio player version 3.0 beta or better will support this type of streaming audio.

The Real Audio player is available for PowerPC and 680X0 Macintosh platforms and Windows PC's (NT & 95).

Configuring Your Web Browser
There are instructions on the realaudio site for configuring your web browser to use streaming Real Audio, but if for some reason you're having trouble with it after installation, here's what you need to do:

Under the "helper application" preferences/configuration menu, ("General Preferences", then the "Helpers" tab in Netscape navigator), set up a new helper application for
MIME type audio
MIME subtype x-pn-realaudio
Extensions .ra, .ram
Action Launch
Application RealAudio Player
