[Are We Having Fun Yet?]

The subconscious mind is amusing.
Let it run amok.
Let it make lots of mistakes.
That is reality.

For many years, the enigmatic and oft-misunderstood Subconscious Can Can Cult has lain silently behind obscure scrims of shadow and insanity. With musical detours ranging from art installations and video projects to uniquely entrapping sounds created on the most "primitive" of instruments, they manipulate and expand the realms of experimental music.

Subconscious Can Can Cult
Debut Public Release

"FUN"

Coming Soon!!

In this debut album from indie upstart Trip Records, band leader Tuber takes us on a twisted and tipsy ride through life, down through the environmental sounds that warp and mold our inner selves and deeper still into that same mysterious self - dreams of cotton candy commercialism become true nightmare.

[The Book]

"FUN" The Book

Not necessarily a companion to the album.

A collection of words, thoughts, images, tales and more from the slightly twisted, yet happily demented, minds behind Subconscious Can Can Cult.

The Works of
Subconscious Can Can Cult

Much, in fact most, of the Cult's music has been kept hidden from the public at large. Their works have appeared in various video projects (such as the soundtracks to the videos "Split Second" and "Raisin D'Etre" by Patrick Clare) and have made their presence known at art installations, weddings and odd events that are best not described. [Sibilance]

With their inclusion in Sibilance - the Quarterly Queer Audiozine of Aural Penetration, Subconscious Can Can Cult allowed its works to be heard on a more public scale for the first time.
